The position requires coordinating parking teams, managing daily workflows, and ensuring smooth operations during a regular Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, patient transport and body mechanic skills, and public/personal communications desirable.
• Trained in the use of personal computers using spreadsheets and word processing applications desirable.
• Previous work experience in a leadership role is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support existing parking operation programs identifying areas for quality improvements, new processes and developing same.
• Provide direction and workflow to ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for patients and visitors.
