Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking an individual to support day-to-day parking operations at our Truckee location. The role emphasizes customer service, shift supervision, and adherence to contractual guidelines.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, banking, and reporting, with opportunities to assist maintenance and safety efforts. Requirements include a high school diploma and at least six months of parking experience, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate is required.
• Six months of parking experience preferred.
• Availability to work varying shifts, including weekends.
• Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• Oral communication: speaks clearly; listens and asks questions when needed.
• Written communication: reads and interprets information clearly.
• Strong customer orientation and professional demeanor.
• Ability to adapt to changes in work environment and handle delays or unexpected events.
• Sound and accurate judgment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day management of the assigned location within contractual guidelines.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in developing property-level financial and operational goals.
• Manage day-to-day activities: supervising cashiers and frontline staff, preparing month-end reports, auditing cashier shifts, time cards, and handling bank deposits.
• Assist customers by answering questions and providing courteous service.
• Assist with maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Support cleanup of debris, spills, and other hazards.
