Job summary

SP+ is hiring for an entry-level location associate in Saint Petersburg, FL. You will help manage daily parking operations, assist customers, and maintain equipment while upholding company policies and a professional image.

Applicants should have a minimal high school diploma, basic communication skills, and a valid driver’s license if driving company vehicles or on company business is required. Training provided and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Education: minimal high school diploma or equivalent, with some related experience or training.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear customer interactions.
• Ability to provide courteous, solution-focused service to customers.
• Adaptability to changing situations and schedules in a parking environment.
• Sound judgment in daily operations and safety considerations.
• Hold a valid state-issued driver’s license with acceptable driving record when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of a location within contractual guidelines.
• Promote a professional image and foster good client relations.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with maintenance of parking equipment and general tasks as directed.
• Report accidents, safety concerns, or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Assist in debris cleanup and other duties as needed.
• Have thorough knowledge of garage areas and surrounding streets.
• Fill in as needed across locations and duties.
