SP+ in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Location Associate to support daily parking operations, uphold contractual guidelines, and project a professional image to clients.

You will assist with customer service, maintenance of equipment, and day-to-day tasks under the Facility Manager. A high school diploma and basic experience are required; driving is needed. Eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of location operations within contractual guidelines.

• Assist with maintenance of parking equipment and general tasks as directed.
• Provide courteous customer service to patrons.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Assist in site cleanup and basic site maintenance as needed.
• Know the garage layout and major streets/landmarks.
