Job summary

SP+ is seeking a location assistant in Baltimore to help ensure smooth parking operations and excellent customer service on a daily basis. You will support the Facility Manager and team across tasks from guest assistance to equipment maintenance.

Applicants should have at least a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. This on-site role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to grow within the SP+ network.

Qualifications

• Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and a minimal month related experience or training.
• Speaks clearly and listens; responds well to questions.
• Writes clearly and informatively; can read and interpret written information.
• Adapts to changes in the work environment and handles delays or unexpected events.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with address and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of location operations.
• Support to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with management duties as assigned.
• Courteously assist customers and resolve issues.
• Assist with maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general tasks.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
• Maintain knowledge of garage areas and major streets nearby.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
