Job summary

Premium Parking is seeking a Parking Operations Account Manager to oversee day-to-day garage and surface lot operations across multiple locations. You will manage client relationships, ensure financial and compliance objectives, and lead a team to deliver first-class service.

You will develop location-level goals, monitor billing systems, and drive new business opportunities while maintaining top-tier tenant relations and reporting to the Market President.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications include parking management experience (preferred) or ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Detail-oriented and extremely well organized.
• Valid license with 3+ years driving experience.
• No major violations (DUI, reckless driving, negligent homicide) in the past 7 years.
• No more than two minor violations in the past year (accident, speeding).
• No suspensions within the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain positive client relationships, respond to client requests and attend meetings with property owners and real estate managers.
• Prepare weekly financial reports and monthly projections, and communicate with executive leadership.
• Maintain parking software and billing systems; oversee access and revenue control hardware and software.
