Job summary

SP+ in Orlando is seeking a Parking Attendant to help manage day-to-day parking operations, uphold a professional image, and maintain client relations at the location.

You will supervise frontline staff, assist with deposits, staffing, reports, and budget preparation, and respond to customer inquiries with courteous, solution‑oriented service. This role requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and flexibility for shift work, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day parking operations and maintain professional image.
• Promote client satisfaction and supervise frontline staff.
• Prepare month-end reports, process deposits, and assist with budget items.
• Respond to customer questions with courteous, professional service.
• Support maintenance tasks and report hazards to the Facility Manager.
