Job summary

SP+ is hiring at The Mall at Millenia in Orlando, FL to assist in day-to-day parking operations under our deployed contract. The role emphasizes service quality, safety, and efficient location management to uphold SP+ standards.

You will interact with clients and guests to resolve requests and ensure a professional image. The position covers flexible hours with opportunities for growth, and includes tips in addition to hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and minimal related experience.
• Valid state driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to sit/stand/walk; able to lift/move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day location management per contractual guidelines.
• Foster client and customer satisfaction.
• Support management of daily location activities and tasks.
• Provide courteous customer service at all times.
• Assist with maintenance/repair of parking equipment as directed by the Facility Manager.
