City of Grand Rapids, MI seeks a supervising operations coordinator for Mobile GR’s 24/7 parking and mobility operations. You will oversee booth attendants, traffic staff, event aides, enforcement officers, custodial and security, dispatchers, customer service reps, and maintenance personnel during shifts.
Position requires an Associate’s degree plus two years in customer service/operations with supervisory experience; valid Michigan driver’s license required.
The purpose of this position is to supervise and coordinate Mobile GR’s 24/7, year-round operational staff to ensure safe and efficient daily parking and mobility operations. During assigned shifts, the position oversees Mobile GR personnel, including but not limited to parking booth attendants, traffic management staff, special event aides, parking enforcement officers, custodial and security staff, dispatchers, customer service representatives, and equipment maintenance personnel.
