Job summary

The City of Nashua Parking Department is seeking a Parking Maintenance Team Member to maintain lots, garages, meters and equipment, and to support snow/ice operations in winter.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Nashua ordinances within a year is preferred, with opportunities for growth and a stable work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Ability to learn Nashua Revised Ordinances within 1 year of start.
• Able to perform duties in all weather; operate parking equipment and snow/ice removal tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and beautify City of Nashua parking lots, garages, on-street spaces and meters.
• Handle revenue collection from meters and maintain parking equipment.
• Perform winter snow/ice removal and related duties in downtown areas.
• Assist management with scheduling, troubleshooting and maintenance procedures.
• Develop checklists and written procedures; support operational improvements.
