Job summary

Great Escape and Great Escape Lodge is seeking Parking Lot Team Members to manage guest flow and parking lot traffic while upholding Six Flags guest service standards. Responsibilities include directing guests, maintaining safety, and performing POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Direct guests to parking spaces in a safe, orderly manner.

• Be a proactive member of the Parking Lot team and stay informed of SOPs.

Our Parking Lot Team Members are responsible for getting our guests off to the best possible start to their visit. As an Parking Lot TM, you will be responsible for the flow, control and direction of traffic in the resort parking lot all while maintaining Six Flags standards of guest service.

Our Parking Lot Team Members are responsible for getting our guests off to the best possible start to their visit. As an Parking Lot TM, you will be responsible for the flow, control and direction of traffic in the resort parking lot all while maintaining Six Flags standards of guest service.

Responsibilities:

What You Will Be Doing

• Comply with all the Great Escape Resort policies and procedures
• Direct Guest’s to park in an appropriate parking space in a safe manner
• Assure that all aspects of the parking lot comply with normal safety procedures

How You Will Do It

• Perform sales using the Point of Sale (POS) system in place
• Be an active team member of the Operations Division and the Parking Lot Department
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for Guests and Team Members
• Follow all delegated tasks assigned by the Parking Lot Supervisor or Security Management or as stated in the Operations Standard Operating Procedures
