Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background check required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record (no more than three moving violations in past 3 years).
• No special certifications necessary.

Responsibilities

• Issue tickets and handle payments accurately.
• Complete shift logs and document parking activity.
• Label keys and maintain organized vehicle records.
• Regularly inspect the lot and report unsafe or suspicious activity.
• Keep the parking area clean and presentable; assist with light cleaning.
• Assist guests with payments and parking questions with a friendly attitude.
• Communicate with team using radios and stay connected with colleagues.
• Arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
• Take on additional tasks to support operations and training.
