Job summary

The Dollywood Company is seeking a Tolls Attendant for the Dollywood Theme Park. The role involves greeting guests, selling parking tickets, processing payments, and guiding guests with park information and refunds.

You will manage cash, balance receipts, and support various toll booth operations in all weather conditions. The position requires excellent communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends, while upholding safety and courtesy

Qualifications

• Must be at least 14 years old.
• Experience with ticketing systems and cash handling is preferred.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check including drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and initiates friendly interaction and park information.
• Sells parking tickets and processes online sales.
• Manages cash and credit card transactions with accuracy.
• Provides directions and assists guests with refunds, exchanges and other needs.
• Maintains security and cleanliness in toll booth area and adheres to safety standards.
