Fast Park & Relax is seeking a dependable Parking Guest Ambassador in Pittsburgh, PA to oversee vehicle flow and guest assistance at our busy lot. This part-time role covers Saturday and Sunday shifts, with outdoor duties and standing for long periods.

You will direct traffic, answer questions, enforce rules, and maintain a clean, safe environment while delivering friendly service to all customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain professionalism with diverse individuals.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Direct vehicles to parking spaces with clear signals and instructions.
• Monitor lots to maximize space and prevent congestion.
• Enforce parking rules and time limits.
• Assist guests with parking questions and issues (lost tickets, etc.).
• Communicate with team to ensure smooth operations.
• Operate gates, ticket dispensers, and payment systems.
