Qualifications

• Parking Garage Management experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business (Management, Economics, Finance, Communications, Marketing).
• Basic understanding of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cultivating a professional, diverse, and customer-focused team.
• Ensure facilities operate according to company policy, including revenue control and equipment maintenance.
• Oversee staffing, supplies, and opening/closing procedures at each location.
• Manage the business to limit revenue loss, theft, or shrinkage of monies or equipment.
• Assist in collecting, recording, and depositing revenues.
• Oversee contract parker program; ensure registration and A/R is billed daily.
• Generate and verify daily and monthly reports.
• Promote integrity, problem-solving, collaboration and transparency.
• Respond to email, mail, and calls, providing prompt, customer-oriented service.
• Assist in training tenants and customers with garage online validation program.
