Pivot Parking LLC is hiring a Garage Attendant in downtown Richmond, VA to support daily parking sales, facility upkeep, and basic equipment maintenance. The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform inspections, monitor occupancy, issue citations for improper parking, assist patrons, and help with special events. Requires a HS diploma, reliable transportation, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule with rotating weekend days.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily parking sales transactions (credit card only).
• Conduct daily facility inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Provide directions and assist patrons on-site and in surrounding areas.
• Regularly inspect parking equipment and report issues to the Project Manager.
• Monitor garage occupancy and log open spaces to maximize efficiency.
• Issue violations for improper parking or authorized spaces when necessary.
• Assist with special events parking at various locations and after-hours events.
