Job summary

Comstock is seeking a Security Location Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple parking facilities in the Washington, DC area. You will manage the hourly workforce, ensure adherence to company policies and client expectations, and maintain high standards of customer service and safety.

The role requires a Virginia security officer certification and a valid driver’s license, with flexibility to work after hours and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing levels to meet customer service and operating standards.
• Oversee daily facility opening, management and closing.
• Ensure paperwork is accurately completed (daily activity, maintenance, incident reports).
• Monitor revenue controls, equipment maintenance, signage and audits.
• Conduct safety audits and uphold Safety Manual directives.
• Train new officers on Track Tik, Barnacle, and patrol rounds.
• Address customer concerns escalated from frontline staff.
