UNIVERSAL PARKING & TRNSP LLC is seeking an Assistant Facility Manager for Management Center Square Garage in Jacksonville, FL. You will support and supervise the improvement, maintenance, and operations of the parking facility.

Lead daily operations, meet with the Facility Manager, guide staff to meet goals, and contribute to training plans while maintaining excellent customer service and relations with clients.

Responsabilidades

• Meets with Facility Manager daily/weekly to discuss facility operations.
• Contributes to regular staff meetings to ensure goals and objectives are clearly communicated with staff; provides guidance and leadership to enable staff to meet these goals and objectives.
• Assist in employee training needs by developing staff and implementing a plan for meeting those needs.
• Maintains and develops positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff.
• Participates in community activities to promote the organization and to build professional relationships.
• Collaborates with other managers and supervisors regarding advertising, marketing, and growth campaigns.
• Assists with start-up, development, and growth of new branches as needed.
• Designs, schedules, and coordinates general upkeep, repairs, or maintenance projects of the facility.
• Recommends whether repairs and/or maintenance are needed based on regular inspections of the grounds, facilities, and equipment.
• Explains terms of parking agreement, and provides information about the facility to prospective monthly parkers.
• Assists in the implementation of marketing plans for vacant spaces.
• Describes and imposes guidelines, rules, and regulations to customers.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
