Raffle Parking Company in Orlando, FL seeks a Facility Manager to oversee daily parking operations, staff, and client relations across assigned locations. You will lead teams, ensure policy compliance, manage budgets, and coordinate with senior management on operational matters.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 2–3 years of related experience, strong knowledge of business practices and accounting, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of general business practices including accounting, human resources and customer service
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Oversee parking operations and staff within location portfolio
• Liaise with senior management to keep them up to date on operational matters
• Train staff and managers to ensure performance
• Provide leadership and motivate teams to achieve goals
• Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures
• Review client statements and portfolio performance using revenue and accounting reports
• Oversee annual budgeting and portfolio performance
• Develop client relationships and expand location portfolio
• Engage with vendors for proposals and recommended solutions
• Interview, hire, develop and manage personnel
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws
