Parking Management Company in Nashville seeks a Maintenance Porter to uphold the cleanliness, safety, and general condition of our parking facilities. You will perform routine cleaning, inspections, and minor maintenance tasks while promptly reporting issues requiring specialized repair.

The role requires dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently indoors and outdoors. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and able to adapt to varying conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous custodial, janitorial, facilities maintenance, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• dependable, service-oriented attitude required.

Responsibilities

• Facility Cleaning and Maintenance: sweep, mop, trash removal, general upkeep of parking areas, stairwells, entrances, restrooms and offices.
• Routine Inspections and Minor Repairs: replace bulbs, tighten fixtures, touch up paint, basic maintenance tasks.
• Safety and Security: follow safety procedures, report hazards or unsafe conditions.
• Customer Assistance: provide professional, courteous help to customers and visitors.
• Equipment and Signage Maintenance: inspect signs, gates, pay stations, lighting; report issues.
• Maintenance Supplies and Equipment: keep tools and supply areas organized; notify when replacements are needed.
• Incident Reporting: document maintenance concerns and incidents per procedures.
• Weather Preparedness: address hazards from weather conditions to maintain safe walking/driving surfaces.
• Additional Responsibilities: attend meetings, training, and perform other duties as assigned.
