Parking Management Company is hiring a Garage Porter/Attendant to keep parking facilities clean, safe, and well‑organized. The role involves guest service, minor maintenance, and coordinating with teams to ensure equipment and signage function properly in all weather conditions.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This is a non-exempt, full- or part-time position in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; clean background check.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs in varied weather; flexible hours.
• No special certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of parking areas, stairwells, and elevators.
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks and equipment checks.
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure signage and pay stations are clean and functional.
• Document maintenance issues and safety concerns for management.
• Address snow, ice, or water accumulation to maintain safe conditions.
