Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking a Parking Maintenance Technician at UAB Hospital in Birmingham, AL. The role emphasizes custodial tasks, basic maintenance, and operation of parking equipment with a strong focus on customer service.

The position requires daily upkeep, safety compliance, and collaboration with the team. Shift runs Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00am–6:00pm, with a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO and health plans.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior custodial, janitorial, or general maintenance experience preferred.
• Must pass a background check and be authorized to work in the United States (E‑Verify).

Responsibilities

• Ensure general maintenance of the facility by performing basic upkeep tasks, such as lighting replacement and minor repairs, while maintaining cleanliness.
• Complete daily custodial tasks including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal in garage, restroom, and office areas.
• Maintain appearance of the garage by cleaning and preserving painted surfaces to company standards.
• Perform daily checks of parking equipment and assist with maintenance and repairs as directed by supervisor.
• Clear debris from entry/exit ramps and designated areas using provided equipment.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and place orders as needed.
• Communicate professionally with guests and teammates; report issues to supervisor as required.
• Operate company vehicles (golf carts and light-duty) as needed within the facility.
