Job summary
Reimagined Parking in Design District is seeking a Cleaning/Maintenance Attendant to support daily operations at the Miami facility. The role involves general maintenance, preventive care of parking equipment, and hands-on duties to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
The position requires weekend availability and shifts that vary. Candidates should have basic tech knowledge, a High School Diploma or GED, and the ability to operate pressure washers and various tools.
Qualifications
- Must be organized.
- Strong English communication; friendly and cooperative.
- Basic knowledge in pressure washers and power tools.
- Ability to tow a trailer and operate various vehicles.
- Knowledge of parking related machinery.
- HS diploma or GED required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with sign installation/removal and litter removal.
- Snow removal and pressure washing as directed.
- Represent company in case of accidents within facility.
- Coordinate with property security on parking issues.
- Assist with repair of broken gate arms.
- Log all issues/events in the supervisor's log book.
