Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day upkeep at assigned parking facilities, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and reliable operation. You will supervise Maintenance and Porter staff, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with the Operations Manager to resolve issues.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, strong leadership, and a focus on guest service. This is a full-time, on-site position with a competitive hourly wage and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver License with good driving record and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance and custodial tasks to keep facilities clean and safe.
• Prioritize and assign work for Maintenance and Porter staff.
• Serve as on-site maintenance contact during shifts and report issues to the Operations Manager.
• Ensure equipment is functional and facilities meet company standards.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and place orders as needed.
