University of Alabama at Birmingham is seeking a Parking & Transportation Customer Services Manager to lead front office operations, deliver a seamless customer experience for students, faculty, staff, patients and visitors, and drive continuous improvement across service delivery.

You will oversee the customer service team, manage payments and permit data, use T2 and Oracle, and partner with campus departments to set standards and implement policy while representing UAB at events.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with 3 years of related experience.
• Experience in customer service and supervisory roles in higher education or parking management.
• Strong written and verbal communications; proficiency with databases and customer platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead front office team and manage daily customer service operations.
• Coordinate customer communications across phone, email, and in-person channels.
• Oversee payments, refunds, and daily financial transactions with reconciliation.
• Utilize Parking management software (T2) and Oracle for data management.
• Develop and enforce department policies, ensure compliance.
• Represent Transportation on campus events and parking appeals panel.
