Fast Park & Relax is seeking a dependable Parking Facility Maintenance Technician to keep our Hebron, KY facility clean, safe, and welcoming. The role requires independence, attention to detail, and the ability to operate cleaning equipment; prior custodial experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of one year custodial or janitorial experience preferred.
• Experience operating cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and pressure washers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the parking facility including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and trash removal.
• Snow removal using snow removal equipment.
• Clean, sanitize and restock restrooms.
• Operate cleaning equipment like power washers and floor scrubbers.
• Perform minor maintenance such as replacing bulbs and touching up paint.
• Identify and report maintenance concerns and safety hazards.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report needs.

About Us

Fast Park & Relax is looking for a dependable and hardworking Parking Facility Maintenance Technician to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers and employees. This position is ideal for a self-motivated individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys working independently.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of the parking facility, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.


• Snow removal (prior experience with snow removal equipment necessary)


• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms.


• Operate cleaning equipment such as power washers, floor scrubbers, and commercial vacuums.


• Perform minor maintenance and repair tasks, including replacing light bulbs, touching up paint, and repairing minor damage to walls and fixtures.


• Remove litter, debris, and graffiti from the facility and surrounding property.


• Identify and report maintenance concerns and safety hazards.


• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and maintenance materials and report replenishment needs.


• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of required PPE.


• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
