Fast Park & Relax on 613 Petersburg Road, Hebron KY is hiring a Parking Facility Maintenance Technician to keep the facility clean, safe, and welcoming. You will handle sweeping, restroom sanitation, snow removal, minor repairs, and report safety concerns while working mostly independently.

The role requires physical stamina, reliability, and a detail-oriented approach, with opportunities to learn maintenance tasks and contribute to a positive customer experience at a busy parking facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• 1+ year custodial/janitorial experience preferred but not required
• Experience operating cleaning equipment (floor buffers, vacuums, pressure washers)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety procedures and PPE use

Responsibilities

• Keep parking facility clean: sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, trash removal.
• Snow removal with appropriate equipment.
• Clean, sanitize and restock restrooms.
• Operate cleaning equipment (power washers, floor scrubbers, vacuums).
• Perform minor maintenance: replace bulbs, touch up paint, minor repairs.
• Report safety hazards and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor inventory of supplies and report replenishments.
