Park Place Parking & Fast Park and Relax is seeking a dependable Parking Facility Maintenance Technician to keep our Humble, TX facility clean, safe, and welcoming for customers and staff. You will perform janitorial tasks, inspect for hazards, and report maintenance needs while working with minimal supervision.

This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and pressure washers.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year custodial or janitorial experience preferred.
• Experience operating cleaning equipment.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Aufgaben

• Maintain the cleanliness of the parking facility, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
• Snow removal (prior experience with snow removal equipment necessary).
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as power washers, floor scrubbers, and commercial vacuums.
• Perform minor maintenance and repair tasks, including replacing light bulbs, touching up paint, and repairing minor damage to walls and fixtures.
• Remove litter, debris, and graffiti from the facility and surrounding property.
• Identify and report maintenance concerns and safety hazards.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and maintenance materials and report replenishment needs.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of required PPE.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
