Job summary

Parking Management Company is seeking a Lot Attendant to direct traffic, assist guests, and oversee the lot. It’s outdoors, weather permitting, with a focus on friendly service and safety.

You will handle tickets, payments, and log keeping while maintaining a professional appearance and reliable attendance. This non-exempt, hourly role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility for nights/weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Issue tickets and handle payments accurately.
• Complete shift logs and document parking activity.
• Label keys and maintain organized records of vehicles.
• Monitor lot for safety and enforce parking policies.
• Assist guests with payments and parking questions in a friendly manner.
• Use radios to stay in contact with team and report issues.
• Keep the parking area clean and presentable; assist with light cleaning.
