Job summary

Parkwell LLC is seeking a full-time Porter to support maintenance, janitorial tasks, and customer service at multiple parking facilities in Denver. You will clean and maintain garage spaces, operate cleaning duties, and assist customers at gates as needed.

The role emphasizes a positive, helpful attitude, with daily tasks including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and ensuring all signage and equipment remain in good working order. The schedule runs Monday–Friday, 6am–2:30pm.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Successful completion of a criminal and motor vehicle background check.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and janitorial duties across parking facilities.
• Ensure parking equipment functions properly and perform basic maintenance.
• Keep tickets, receipts and supplies stocked at each location.
• Audit designated lots/garages and enforce compliance.
• Greet customers, assist with needs, maintain professional rapport with clients.
