Parkwell is seeking a Part-time Valet Attendant in Colorado to provide a warm, helpful guest experience at the location. The role requires night and weekend availability, drives customer satisfaction, and includes handling revenue verification and record-keeping.

The position emphasizes professional client interaction, safety, and being adaptable to various duties as assigned by Parkwell’s project team at the site.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License
• Successful completion of criminal and motor vehicle background check
• At least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer you encounter with a warm and friendly greeting.
• Offer to assist every/any customer who appears to need assistance.
• Keep all work areas clean, organized, and presentable.
• Effectively communicate with all team members and managers.
• Report immediately to management any issues related to customer or client experience.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every customer and learn the names of key people (property managers, engineers, janitorial, security, etc).
• Must be able to accurately verify, collect, and record revenue.
• Safely park guest cars in an efficient manner.
• Abide by all Parkwell safety standards and training.
• Secure keys in locked podium/key box.
• Verify ownership of vehicles – keys for claim check.
• Be able to perform and stay organized under stress.
• Maintain a high level of integrity in regard to guest’s vehicles and personal possessions.
• Report all incidents immediately to supervisor or manager.
• You will be asked from time to time to perform other duties not listed in this description. The expectation is that you are flexible and open-minded to these assignments.
