Job summary

LAZ Parking in Denver, CO is seeking a part-time porter to maintain a busy garage. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10am–2pm, compensation $23.00/hour, with PayActiv earned wage access.

You will keep facilities clean, monitor safety, greet drivers, handle inquiries, and promote excellent customer service while upholding safety and a neat appearance. Ideal candidates are self-reliant, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment; English proficiency required; prior maintenance or parking

Qualifications

• General facility maintenance experience is preferred.
• Parking industry experience is a major plus, but not required
• Ability to speak, read, and comprehend English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Keep it pristine. Sweep, wipe down surfaces and equipment, empty trash, manage upkeep, and handle painting to keep the garage looking spotless daily.
• Be the eyes and ears. Monitor the parking facility continuously and notify management immediately of any maintenance or safety issues.
• Deliver exceptional service. Promote great customer relations by greeting drivers, handling basic inquiries, and assisting anyone who needs a hand with a can-do attitude.
• Keep it safe. Identify and neutralize potential safety hazards instantly, making sure the location is secure for everyone on foot and behind the wheel.
