Job summary

Parking Management Company is seeking a Garage Porter to maintain cleanliness and safety in parking facilities, assist with basic maintenance, and provide customer support. The role requires detail-orientation and the ability to work independently in various weather conditions.

You will handle floor upkeep, signage, and equipment checks, report hazards, and assist guests professionally. Flexible to weather, nights, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; customer service experience preferred.
• Customer service attitude and a helpful demeanor are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Facility Maintenance: keep parking areas, stairwells, and elevators clean and up to standard.
• Safety and Security: follow safety procedures and report hazards.
• Customer Assistance: handle guest needs professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Equipment and Signage Maintenance: keep signs and pay stations clean and functional.
• Incident Reporting: document and report maintenance issues or concerns to management.
• Weather Preparedness: address snow, ice, or water to maintain safe conditions.
• Additional Responsibilities: attend staff meetings and complete training modules.
