Job summary

SP+ is the leading parking technology company providing checkout-free experiences. The role involves directing customers, counting vehicles, issuing warnings, patrolling lots, helping customers locate vehicles, and maintaining a clean, safe facility during shifts.

A valid driver’s license is required and availability for various shifts is possible. Pay rate is $18.00 per hour, with equal expectations for punctuality, uniform appearance, and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Less than High School education or one month related experience, training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and communicate with customers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.
• Count vehicles on location during shift.
• Write and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors.
• Patrol parking levels on foot or with carts as applicable.
• Assists customers who forgot where they parked their vehicle.
• Maintain neat appearance and uniform.
• Answer customer questions or direct to Facility Manager.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits.
• Assist in maintenance of parking equipment and general tasks as directed.
