Qualifications

• Ability to investigate and reconcile discrepancies related to receipts, payments, or safety concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and directions to visitors entering and exiting the parking facility.
• Process parking transactions and issue receipts, ensuring accurate change and documentation.
• Assist with opening/closing till amounts and adhere to cash-handling SOPs.
• Collaborate with museum staff and security; report safety concerns as needed.
• Support snow/ice removal from entry lanes and track incidents for reporting.
