Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, operates as an AI-based real-world parking solution provider. This role is a cashier/booth attendant ensuring accurate revenue handling, customer service, and proper recording of transactions at a parking facility in Fargo, North Dakota.

The position requires shift flexibility, basic math, and strong communication skills, with opportunities for growth and benefits provision.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: less than high school education or up to one month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Availability to Work: Special shift requirements; 2nd/3rd shift and/or weekends may be required.
• License Requirement: valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• Mathematical skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units; make change.
• Language skills: read, write and present information clearly.
• Reasoning ability: apply common sense to instructions; solve problems.
• Other skills: use clock, calculator or credit card machine to handle transactions; stay pleasant and professional.

Responsibilities

• Be at work on schedule, on time, and in uniform.
• Counts revenue bank at start of shift; collect cash and receipts.
• Compute bill from ticket; operate cash register and display cost.
• Quote prices for parking services; give directions to customers.
• Handle lost tickets and maintain booth cleanliness; check supplies.
• Resolve customer complaints with supervisor help if needed.
• Record transactions and prepare shift reports.
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
