Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Parking Equipment Installation Technician in Indianapolis to join our team. This role requires a willingness to travel extensively across the Continental United States, with travel comprising approximately 90% of the position. The ideal candidate will have a general construction skill set, a solutions-oriented approach, and a positive attitude toward team collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in parking/access control equipment is helpful but not required
• General construction skills and familiarity with power tools
• Due to the necessity of driving and delivery of company equipment and rental equipment, and insurance purposes, candidates must be 25+ years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to travel throughout the Continental United States weekly, by commercial airlines.
• Valid Real ID – US driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and routine drug screening
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Former military candidates are welcome
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Professional demeanor with attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling
• Punctual and reliable with a focus on customer service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
