Job summary

The City and County of Denver is seeking a Vehicle Boot Investigator within the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (DOTI). The role focuses on enforcing parking regulations, immobilizing vehicles for violations, and facilitating towing when necessary.

You will use on-vehicle computers and various databases to identify offenders and delinquent citations, issue notices, explain boot procedures, and ensure compliance with city rules.

Responsibilities

• Enforces payment of parking fines and immobilizes vehicles as needed
• Investigates vehicles and non-compliant citations using on-vehicle computer and databases
• Issues notices and explains parking rules and boot removal processes
• Issues citations for right-of-way violations to maintain safety and mobility
• Operates radios and vehicles; maintains daily activity reports
• Coordinates with Parking Control Enforcement Teams and supports related duties
