Job summary

Reimagined Parking is hiring a Parking Enforcement officer for Downtown West Palm Beach. The role involves patrolling designated areas, enforcing parking rules, and reporting incidents. Shifts vary and may include weekends, with compensation at $22.00 per hour.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check. E‑Verify is used to confirm eligibility to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driving License with good driving record.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide documentation verifying eligibility. E‑Verify participation.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas using a company vehicle to observe parking violations.
• Enforce parking regulations by issuing warnings, citations, or arranging for towing when necessary.
• Identify and address violations such as expired meters and unauthorized parking.
• Record citation data with time, date, location, and vehicle details.
• Maintain enforcement logs and inspect meters, gates, and equipment for issues.
• Provide professional assistance to customers regarding parking rules and citations.
• De‑escalate situations and escalate to management when needed.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager and security teams when required.
