Premium Parking in the United States is seeking a Compliance Agent to help keep our parking operations running smoothly. You will monitor facilities, document activity with handheld devices, and assist guests with parking information.

This role emphasizes safety, adherence to posted regulations, and reliable outdoor work across various shifts. You will report hazards, support events, and help maintain welcoming experiences for guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old at time of hire.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to use handheld devices and basic technology (training provided).
• Understand and apply parking regulations.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Walk or stand for extended periods.
• Lift up to 100 lbs during a shift.
• Work around moving vehicles and active traffic areas.
• Pass required drug screening and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Help Keep Our Parking Operations Running Smoothly

At Premium Parking, we create great places to park. As a Compliance Agent, you'll play an important role in ensuring our parking facilities remain safe, organized, and accessible for everyone. Through a combination of customer service, field monitoring, and operational awareness, you'll help maintain a positive parking experience while supporting compliance with posted parking regulations.

Available Shifts

• Saturdays 6pm-11pm
• Sundays 6pm-10pm
• Tuesdays 6pm-10pm
• Flexibility to work open shifts on other days

What You'll Do

• Monitor parking facilities, streets, garages, and surface lots to ensure compliance with posted parking rules
• Issue parking invoices and accurately document vehicle and parking activity using handheld technology
• Assist guests by answering questions and providing directions, parking information, and general support
• Conduct routine property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, vandalism, or equipment issues
• Report unauthorized parking, operational concerns, hazards, and unusual activity
• Help ensure parking equipment, signage, and pay stations remain visible and in good condition
• Support special events, peak traffic periods, and other operational needs as assigned
• Promote a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members

Qualifications

Preferred

• Knowledge of local geography.
• Familiarity with traffic hazards and safety precautions.
• Previous parking, compliance, hospitality, or customer service experience.
