Job summary

Propark Mobility in San Rafael, CA is seeking a part-time Parking Attendant for Fridays through Sundays, 10am–6:30pm. You will direct patrons, issue tickets, process exceptions, and complete daily paperwork while upholding company service standards.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with strong communication and a friendly demeanor, able to work in a fast-paced environment and willing to perform minor maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Pay Rate $20.00 per hour Job Type Part-Time Location San Rafael, California Shift Friday - Sunday 10am to 630pm

What we're looking for

• Direct patrons where to park.
• Issue tickets to customers, recording the required information on each ticket.
• Process exception transactions (e.g., lost tickets, grace period tickets, etc.) according to company policy, including completing the applicable form.
• Complete the daily shift paperwork by recording the number of transactions by parking rate, number of vehicles in and out of the facility, number of contract parkers, vehicles left in the facility, number of validated tickets and exception tickets.
• Provide the company’s standards of service with each customer including maintaining the required uniform appearance, stating the company greeting, answering questions, resolving issues and thanking each customer upon exit.
• May be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks according to the company’s maintenance checklists.
• Other special projects as assigned by location management.

Must haves

• You are at least 18 years old.
• High School degree preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence.

• Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer.
