Job summary

Admiral Enforcement is seeking an Enforcement Agent in Baltimore, MD. The role involves patrolling designated areas on foot, identifying vehicles with improper payment or permission, and enforcing parking rules through citations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid license with driving experience required (3+ years).
• No major violations in past 7 years (DUI/reckless driving).
• No more than two minor violations in past year.
• No suspensions in last 3 years.
• Proficient with computers and mobile apps.
• Ability to bend and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Flexible availability on weekends and late evenings.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather; walk/stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Patrol designated area on foot to identify vehicles with improper payment or permission.
• Enforce location requirements by issuing citations for parking violations.
• Conduct lot audits and car counts at designated locations/times.
• Record and enter violation data in the approved system.
• Report incidents or safety concerns to management promptly.
• Maintain excellent time management and report-writing skills.
• Monitor equipment condition and notify management of malfunctions and needed repairs.
• Communicate with customers, clients, and coworkers professionally.
