Qualifications

• Age 21+ for insurance purposes.
• Valid driver\'s license with 3+ years driving experience.
• No major violations in the past 7 years; no more than two minor violations in past year.
• Able to bend and lift up to 50 pounds; outdoor work in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Patrol designated area on foot to identify vehicles without proper payment or permission.
• Enforce location requirements by issuing citations for parking violations.
• Conduct lot audits and car counts at designated locations and times.
• Record and enter data collected for violations in the approved system.
• Immediately report incidents, accidents, or safety concerns to management.
• Communicate with customers, clients, and coworkers professionally.
