Qualifications

• Proficient with computers and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Patrol designated area on foot and identify parking violations.
• Enforce location requirements by issuing citations.
• Conduct lot audits and car counts at designated times.
• Record and enter data for violations in the approved system.
• Immediately report incidents or safety concerns to management.
• Monitor equipment condition and notify management of repairs.
• Communicate professionally with customers, clients, and coworkers.
