Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of cleaning procedures and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Clean parking decks, sweep drive aisles and stairwells, clean elevators and lobbies, empty trash cans and maintain common areas.
• Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks such as power washing stairwells and wiping handrails and doors.
• Respond to adverse weather and assist with snow/ice removal as needed.
