Qualifications

• Ability to perform medium to heavy physical work and follow instructions.
• Experience with custodial and cleaning tasks is preferred.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs and up to 100 lbs with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of UNC’s parking decks to ensure safe, clean facilities.
• Operate equipment such as blowers and ride-on sweepers; deep cleaning tasks as needed.
