Responsibilities

• Prepares statistical parking reports and analyzes data to inform management decisions.
• Reviews parking data across T2, Parkmobile, Parkeon, and Ellucian Banner.
• Generates reports and shares them with parking staff to identify trends.
• Assists in identifying unregistered vehicles using software integrations and investigations.
• Maintains permit series, updates parking zones, and defines access permissions.
• Supports customer communication via phone and email.
