Job summary

SP+ is seeking a Parking Attendant in Fresno to ensure cars are kept on location, guide customers to spaces, and maintain a clean, presentable lot. The role requires reliable attendance, neat appearance, and the ability to communicate directions to customers.

Responsibilities include vehicle counting, issuing warnings for policy violations, patrolling levels, assisting customers, and coordinating with the Facility Manager on maintenance and safety. Shift availability may vary.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience Required: Less than High School education or one month related experience, training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• License Requirement: A valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record if driving company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.
• Count vehicles on location throughout shift.
• Write and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors that violate garage policies.
• Patrol parking levels on foot or in motor carts, if applicable.
• Provide assistance to customers who forgot where they parked.
• Maintain on-time attendance and neat uniform.
• Assist customers with questions or direct to Facility Manager.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed.
• Assist in maintenance of parking equipment and general tasks as directed.
• Report accidents, violations, hazards or unusual occurrences to Facility Manager.
