Job summary

Reimagined Parking Inc. in Eugene, OR is seeking a Part-Time Lot Attendant to greet guests, issue tickets, perform car counts, and keep the facility clean and safe while delivering friendly, professional service.

You will work with the Operations Manager and Shift Supervisor to ensure safety standards and proper parking patterns during peak times and events. This role requires reliability, the ability to stand and move throughout shifts, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as

Qualifications

• Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and report hazards.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to verbally communicate with guests.
• Previous customer service experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Act as traffic controller to direct incoming guests to available parking spaces.
• Perform vehicle counts on location throughout shift to ensure garage does not over fill available spaces.
• Ensure vehicles are parked according to lot layout, spacing, and site instructions.
• Distribute parking validation instructions or signage information when applicable.
• Adjust cones, barriers, and directional signage as needed.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed.
• Monitor pedestrian crossings and ensure safe vehicle-pedestrian interaction.
• Provide assistance to guests who have forgotten where they parked.
• Pick up litter, debris, or objects that could damage vehicles or cause hazards.
• Assist with seasonal tasks (rain prep, heat precautions, storm readiness).
• Use respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns, relay information to Operations Manager or Shift Lead as necessary.
• Immediately report any accidents, incidents or safety concerns to Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
• Follow established safety protocols at all times.
• Communicate professionally at all times with guests, clients, and teammates.
