Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking a Part‑Time Lot Attendant for Eugene, OR. You will greet guests, issue tickets, count vehicles, and help maintain orderly parking operations while delivering high‑quality customer service.

You’ll work outdoors across shifts, with responsibilities including directing traffic, ensuring safety, and assisting guests. A background check and work authorization are required, and the role supports a positive, proactive team environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work flexible schedules (nights, weekends, holidays, events).
• Pass background check per policy and laws.
• Authorized to work in the United States; E‑Verify participation.
• Outdoors work with variable weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Direct traffic to available parking spaces.
• Conduct vehicle counts to prevent overfill.
• Park vehicles per lot layout and site instructions.
• Provide parking validation and signage information when applicable.
• Move cones/ signage as needed and monitor traffic at entrances/exits.
• Assist guests with locating their parked cars and answering questions.
• Report accidents or hazards to supervisor immediately.
• Follow safety protocols at all times.
• Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates.
